Elastomeric Roof Coating was applied to 65 Patio Home roofs the community of Scottsdale Monterey in Scottsdale, AZ. We cleaned, prepped and applied 2 coats of locally made Superior Seal Elastomeric Coating by Pro-Tech Products.

Foam blisters and bubbles were cut and patched with Super Seal elastomeric patching compound with a fiberglass mesh tape embedded for additional reinforcement. All roof jacks and roof penetrations were sealed before application of Super Seal Elastomeric Coating.
